2009 CFC applications are now due!

The federation deadline has passed. However, you may still have time to apply. (Find out if you're eligible.)

We need a certain amount of time to review and process each application. The later we receive your materials, the less likely it becomes that we can give your application proper attention before it must be submitted to the national CFC office in mid-January.

Attachment A Help: Most returning members will create a new Attachment A by updating the previous year's Attachment A. The following documents may help if questions arise. But always feel free to call us.

How to send application documents:

Attachments to the application may be sent in whatever format is most convenient to you, including mail, express delivery, email attachments including PDF, or fax. (Returning groups, please note that our fax number has changed. See below.) We strongly encourage electronic submissions.

NOTE: There are two exceptions to the above:

  • The 4-page completed application must be submitted as hard copy with original signatures to the federation office. Faxed and emailed copies of this document are not accepted.
  • Attachment A is preferred as an electronic document – either Word, Excel or a combination of the two. This will make it easier for our staff to help you if revisions are recommended.
